What is Gmail?
Gmail is Google’s email workspace for personal accounts and organizations using Workspace. Your inbox belongs to a particular account; the same browser can contain several signed-in accounts with separate messages, labels, and settings. The direct link opens the mail application rather than a product introduction.
Open the right destination
Use the account associated with the work you want to open. If Google selects another account automatically, switch using its profile menu. Complete the destination’s identity checks and any required account setup.

- Confirm the email address shown in the account menu.
- Search for a sender, subject, or distinctive phrase before assuming a message is missing.
- Organize a small set of messages with labels or archive them when they no longer need inbox attention.
A practical way to use Gmail
Treat the inbox as a working queue and use search for retrieval. When asking someone to resend a message, first check whether a filter moved it or it was archived. A message can leave the inbox without being deleted.
Troubleshooting
An expected message is missing.
Search beyond the inbox and check Spam and Trash. Review filters and forwarding if this happens repeatedly. If the entire inbox looks unfamiliar, confirm the account before changing any mail settings.
Common questions
What is the difference between archiving and deleting?
Archiving removes a message from the inbox while keeping it available in your mail. Deleting moves it to Trash, where retention rules apply. Use archive for mail you want to keep but do not need in the inbox.
Why does the direct link still ask me to sign in?
The shortcut reaches the application entry point. It cannot carry your Google session between browsers, grant permissions, or bypass verification. Follow the sign-in instructions on the destination service.
Do I need an account with The Login Link?
No. This directory does not require registration. The Open button takes you to the service; any account credentials are entered there.
