What is AppSheet?
AppSheet creates applications from data sources through a visual configuration environment. It connects tables, views, actions, and automation into a working app. Access to the app editor, the underlying data, and the deployed application are separate concerns.
Open the right destination
Use the account associated with the work you want to open. If Google selects another account automatically, switch using its profile menu. Complete the destination’s identity checks and any required account setup.
Before you start
Your first useful task
- Open the app you own or have permission to edit.
- Review its data tables and identify stable keys for records.
- Preview the main user workflow before checking deployment and sharing settings.
A practical way to use AppSheet
Start with a small, well-structured dataset and one complete workflow. Decide who should see or change each type of record before adding more screens. A clean data model makes later behavior easier to explain and maintain.
Troubleshooting
The app opens but data is missing or synchronization fails.
Inspect the connected data source, credentials, schema changes, and any security filters. An accessible editor does not establish that every user can access every data source.
Common questions
Does creating an app automatically make it production-ready?
No. Review deployment checks, user access, licensing, and the app’s real workflow before relying on it for operational work.
Why does the direct link still ask me to sign in?
The shortcut reaches the application entry point. It cannot carry your Google session between browsers, grant permissions, or bypass verification. Follow the sign-in instructions on the destination service.
Do I need an account with The Login Link?
No. This directory does not require registration. The Open button takes you to the service; any account credentials are entered there.
