What is Google Meet?
Meet provides video meetings for personal use and organizations. The landing page can start a meeting or accept a meeting code, while an invitation usually points to a particular call. Admission controls and available features depend on the host, organization, and account.
Open the right destination
Use the account associated with the work you want to open. If Google selects another account automatically, switch using its profile menu. Complete the destination’s identity checks and any required account setup.

- Open the meeting invitation or enter its code in Meet.
- Check the selected microphone, camera, and speaker in the preview.
- Join or request admission, then choose the correct window if you need to present.
A practical way to use Google Meet
Join a little early when using unfamiliar hardware. A short microphone and speaker check can reveal a wrong device before the meeting begins. When sharing a screen, choose the smallest useful surface, such as a single window or tab.
Troubleshooting
You are waiting to be admitted.
Confirm the meeting code and the account expected by the organizer. The host may need to admit you or change meeting access settings; repeatedly opening the same link will not grant host privileges.
Common questions
Is opening Meet enough to join a scheduled meeting?
No. You need the specific meeting link or code, and you may need admission. The general landing page is a starting point for meeting actions.
Why does the direct link still ask me to sign in?
The shortcut reaches the application entry point. It cannot carry your Google session between browsers, grant permissions, or bypass verification. Follow the sign-in instructions on the destination service.
Do I need an account with The Login Link?
No. This directory does not require registration. The Open button takes you to the service; any account credentials are entered there.
